This is a <br /> full time position indicates Mr . York that is year round. There <br /> is work to do with scallops , seed shellfish and dock permits that <br /> require full time hours. <br /> Selectman Jacobson notes that a second Waterways Assistant <br /> is - in need. She had indication that the money was to derive from <br /> a decrease in step differential from the h llfi . budget , <br /> Mr. Madden relates that he is supportive of Mr. York, They <br /> work together as a team. The cost to fund an additional <br /> Waterways Assistant i $3 ,782 . <br /> Mrs. Greelish indicates that she will review the budget . <br /> She made note of the merger -between the two departments in <br /> October. <br /> Selectman caffyn indicated that the Board will take this <br /> under advisement at this time. <br /> s <br /> 4: 20 p,m, Charles Talanian re : Donna ' s Lame : <br /> Mr. T-alanian requested support from the Selectmen to resolve <br /> the issue relative to Donna ' s Lane. He indicates that there has <br /> been no response to date from Town counsel . <br /> Selectman Caffyn relates that a letter was received at 2 <br /> .m, today from Field ' s Point, This was the reason for the <br /> delay. Town counsel has requested input from the two abutters. <br /> She will inquire from Town counsel as to the status$ <br /> Selectman Mills recommends to meet with the involved parties <br /> and deal with this issue only. <br /> Selectman caffyn indicates that she will first discuss the <br /> status with Mr. Taylor and Mr. -Fudala. It was also recommended <br /> to discuss Donna ' s Lane with Field ' s Point within the 'net two <br /> weeks. <br /> Selectman -Jacobson notes that Mr .
