She feels the Town should be pleased with' hien. - <br /> Selectman Caffyn indicates that Mr. Whritenour has <br /> tremendous strength in finance, budgets and data processing. He <br /> is an asset to Newbur port - and will be to our advantage to have <br /> him as Mashpee ' s Executive Secretary. <br /> *The motion was made by Selectman Jacobson to offer the <br /> position of Executive Secretary to Robert Whritenour. The Board <br /> will go forward with the preparation- of a contract and salary <br /> negotiations * The motion was seconded by Selectman Costa . VOTE: <br /> unanimous. 5-0, <br /> Pow Wow Committee re : Security: <br /> Joanne Frere Poster was present to request permission to Miro <br /> a security firm to do the detail at the Pow Wow to be held on <br /> July 3 ,4 and 5, 1992 . <br /> The security company would consist of five ren at 24 hours <br /> f security for the three days informs Ms . Foster . <br /> It was noted that a memo was received. from Bearioe Horton <br /> indicating that Chief Frye has authorized approval of this <br /> request . <br /> ***The motion was made by Selectman Vaccaro to arrant <br /> authorization to the Pow Wow to utilize R Security SErvices , <br /> Inc , on -the scheduled 'dates of the Pow Wow. The motion was <br /> seconded by Selectman Costa, VOTE: Unanimous . 5-0. <br /> Fee Waiver for Town Owned Buildin <br /> **The motion was made by Selectman Costa to waive all fees for <br /> - Town ned Buildings on permits . NOTE: Unanimous . 5-041 <br /> Approval of Step Increase : William Hauck; <br /> *The notion was made by Selectman Jacobson to approve the <br /> step increase for William Hauck as recommended by the Deputy <br /> Chief of Police . The motion was seconded by Selectman Costa. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous, 5-0 . <br />
