The motion was seconded by Selectman Vaccaro. VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0, Approval of June 11 and Tune 15 , 1992 Minutes It is the agreement of the Board to defer the acceptance of the above minutes until Monday, June 29 , 1992 . A ointment of a Sub-Committee : ***The motion was made by Selectman Costa to appoint Selectman Jacobson and Selectman Vaccaro as- a sub-committee to meet with the sub-committee of the School Committee to discuss the Community School. The motion was seconded by Selectman Mills . NOTE: Unanimous. 5-0 . Review of--proposed agenda for Monday,. _June 29, 199 2 The minutes of June 11 and Tune 1 , 1992 will be included in Monday ' s agenda , Review of committee 's - appointments Town Insurance Bid Executive Secretary Contract Discussion - 6: 00 p.m. Waterways Committee Approval of Step Increase Letter of Intent : ***The motion was made by Selectman Vaccaro to authorize Selectman Caffyn .to sign the Letter of Intent to Strelalovsy Hoit for the Middle School addition as prepared by Leslie-Ann Morse . The motion was seconded by Selectman Mills. VOTE: Unanimous . -o Division of Fisheries Wildlife : Selectman Jacobson recommends to go forward with the Letter designed to benefit the Endangered Species Act , Selectman Mills notes that Robert Sherman is in support and -will aid in the draft of the letter to the Division of Fisheries Wildlife* Document from MEMA It was noted that this application will be completed by the Town Accountant .
