Mary LeClaire will be contacted for <br /> review and input . <br /> June '30, 1992 : The firm of Me l an on reenwood will begin <br /> the audit . <br /> Selectman Caff n made mote of the latest environmental <br /> update from the Department of the Air Force . This is public <br /> notice to be placed in the Town Hall, James Kinney will be <br /> contacted about this reference. <br /> 5 : 04 p.m. South Cape Beach State_Park Advisory Committee <br /> Morris Kirsner and Torn Cathir were present to di-scuss the <br /> issue with regards to Great Oak Road, Mr. ir~.sner gave a brief <br /> history of this major issue. <br /> The two most vital clauses in the agreement inlclude the <br /> improvement to Great Oak Road and the establishment of a new Town <br /> beach relates Mr. Kirsner. <br /> DEM has allocated $620,000 for the improvement to Great Oak <br /> Road informs Mr. Kirsner, $40,000 of this sum is actual <br /> reimbursement to the Town of money that was appropriated from a' <br /> long standing dispute notes fir. Kirsner. The balance to complete <br /> the road work i $350,000 . <br /> Two encroachments of the twenty-four may present an issue in <br /> the settlement indicates Mr . Kirsner. He is confident the <br /> remaining twenty-two lots will result in a nominal amount o <br /> money for settlements .Mr. *sner recommends to appoint a person <br /> to begin negotiations to resolve these issues of eneroatchment & <br /> Mr. Kirsner gave praise to Tori Cahir for his successful <br /> effort to gain the money through an amendment that was passed <br /> over a month ago At4r, approved in the budget of 1992 . <br /> Mr. Kirsner indicated that i'�_ money is left over, the i <br /> recommendation has been made to construct a bike path. <br /> Greg Taylor read the DPW agreement dated 5/3/90 . He <br /> indicates that $580,000 is to be expended for improvement to <br /> Great Oak Road . If there are insufficient funds for a bike path, <br /> DEM will apply for funding j-0intly with the Town. <br /> Mr. Taylor motes that there is no reference or record of the <br /> amount of $350, 000 to complete the road work. <br />
