BOARD OF SELECTMEN MINUTES MONDAY, JUDY 13 , 1 9 Present : Selectman caffyn, Selectman Vaccaro, Selectman Mills, Selectman Jacobson, Selectman costa Administrative Assistant Joyce Mason Assistant Town counsel Leslie Ann Morse Guests : Elizabeth Pettit Peter Dinizio, Steven Ball, Jane Stockbridge, Rita Sousa , Bill Zammer, Paul Ott Meeting called to order_ by Chairman ca fyn at 7 :08 p.m. APPROVAL OF MINUTES June 25, 1992 : Selectman Mills as- ed that the minutes be amended to reflect on page one, last sentence to be included under Official Reach Hours : The fishing area is to be included as part of the parking lot for elderly access, Page five : Typo error in second paragraph under South cape Beach State Park Advisory Committee: include - Third -paragraph: Delete the last sentence. Page six: Delete the Roll Call Note. The Board did not eater into Executive Session after the Regular Meeting. Include the word estimates after the second sentence; fifth para r ph: DPW Director ' s est im- **The motion was made by elect lan Mills to approve- the ates . minutes of June 25 , 1992 as corrected: June 29 , 1992 : The Board will hold the acceptance of the minutes of June 29, 1992 at this time for further review. The Appointments will also be held for further review by the Board . July 2 . 1992 : Selectman Caffyn asked that the minutes be amended to reflect on page one under Use of Wakeby Pond: Typo error in the second paragraph: free - as in drug free environment,. ***The motion was made by Selectman Mille to approve the Regular Session minutes of July, 2 , 1992 as corrected. The motion was seconded by Selectman Costa .- VOTE: Unanimous. 5-04D The Executive Session minutes of July 2 , 1992 will be held for review in Executive Session as requested by the Board. 7 : 15 p.m. PUBLIC DISCUSSION: Evelyn Buschen eldt read her letter of resignation to be effective immediately from the council on Aging.
