Letter from Assistant Town Counsel re: Legal Expense * Attorney Morse indicates in her mento of August 7 , ' 1992 that there are no provisions in the General Law to require the Selectmen to pay the legal expenses of Mrs. Mason, Selectman Vaccaro indicates that this is a unique case and the Board has a Morale obligation to reimburse Mrs. Mason. There is a mote in her file indicating that she dick not do anything to be found at fault. * *The motion was made by Selectman Vaccaro to reimburse Joyce Mason for her legal expense . ***The motion was made by Selectman Costa to deny the request of Joyce Mason to have her legal expenses reimbursed . The motion was seconded by Selectman Mills * OTR: Favorable. -1 . Selectman Vaccaro is in opposition* Letter from Assistant Town Counsel re: Executive Session Minutes : As per her mento of August 61 1992 , Attorney Morse attached a list of Executive Session minutes to be released . Included in her review of minutes dated September 16 , 1991 through July 13 , 1992 are Minutes that remain privileged , Attorney Morse notes the request eras made by an attorney representing a member of the Fire Union to receive copies of minutes- during the above time frame .
