It was <br /> noted that the average price to copy a public document i - 20C. <br /> *The motion was made by Selectman Vaccaro to make public the <br /> Executive Session minutes as s eei,fied by Assistant Town <br /> Counsel . The motion was seconded by Selectman Mills, VOTE: <br /> Unanimous . 5-04. <br /> 7: 30 p.m. Harbormaster - Mooring Report:. <br /> Hank Madden was present to review his summary of results of <br /> the Mooring Survey as conducted by the department of the, <br /> Harbormaster dated August 1 , 1992 . <br /> Mr. Madden notes that to date there are various changes in <br /> the mooring survey as a result of payment or cancellation, He <br /> expressed thanks. to Chad Cutler for his computer service and to <br /> the volunteer assistants and paid harbormasters , <br /> Mr. Madden reviewed the general information of the mooring <br /> survey. The number of Moorings listed in the new file i 632 , <br /> Of the 488 moorings counted in the water, 128 cannot be <br /> identified. Mr. Madden relates .that 516 moorings have been paid <br /> for to date, The un a id. moor ing-s amount to 116 . <br /> Selectman Mills recommends to include the numbers from the <br /> Harbor Management Plan in the breakdown of .general inf'ormation a, <br /> She recommends for the Harbormaster to keep the Board updated on <br /> a weekly basis as to the number of moorings and locations . <br /> The numbers included in the Harbor Man-agement Plan were not <br /> available to include in the discussion, Vernon Thomas indicates <br /> that a plan was submitted to the committee working on the Harbor <br /> Management Plan. <br /> Selectman Costa expressed thank to Mr. Madden for the job <br /> done in a short time frame, He motes the original list of <br /> moorings was 900. Selectman Costa recommends to remove the <br /> illegal moorings and determine a number for the Harbor Management <br /> Plan. He indicates concern to not crowd an area with too many <br /> boats . <br /> Mr. Madden relates that a second billing was Mailed to the <br /> holders of illegal moorings. Some of which have no identifying <br /> markers, He motes that the list is clearer than what was used in <br /> the past . <br />
