Machado d/b/a Mashpee Taxi with regards to continued operation and required inspections. The Board is in agreement to maintain the current taxi rate in Mashee. Mr, Whritenour indicates that the Rules and Regulations of Taxi Cabs and the Operation Thereof are excellent in form. Mr. Bartolomei d/b/a All Town Taxi. and Mr. Zaleski d/b/a Andy Taxi will be contacted regarding the rate of fare Mashee will retain at this time. Communication from the Town_ ler} re : Promulgating Some New Rules regarding House Numbers : r i The Board is in agreement to implement the policies regarding Douse Numbers as enumerated by the Deputy Fire Chief through the Office of the Board of Selectmen. *The notion was made by selectman Jacobson to approve of the House Numbering as promulgated by Deputy Fire Chief Baker in his memo of July 29 , 1992 . The motion was seconded by selectman Costa, VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0 . OLD BUSINESS: Appointment of Acting Buildinq Inspector/Extension of Leave f Absence : As per the recommendation of Counsel , Mr. Whritenour concurs to appoint a new Building Ins. ector on a temporary basis until the current litigation has been resolved . Recommendation was also' made to extend the Acting Building Inspector ' s leave of absence' informs Mr. Whritenour. The recommended time a frame to extend the temporary appointment- and leave of absence is until January 1 , 1993 . * *The emotion was made by selectman Costa to extend the temporary appointment of William Hauck as Acting Building Inspector until January 1 , 1993 . The motion was seconded by Selectman Jacobson, VOTE: Unanimous. -0 The notion was made by selectman Costa to extend the temporary leave of absence of William Hauch until January 1 , 1993 , The motion was seconded by selectman Mills. VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0.
