The motion was seconded by Selectman <br /> Jacobson, VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0 . <br /> It was noted that the Board voted to support Mr. Fu d la ' <br /> memo of January 4 . 1993 relative to Donna ' s Lane/North Market <br /> Street Traffic Mitigation and not allow credit towards the <br /> betterment of Donna ' s Lame . <br /> Mr. Fuda.a indicat-ed that there was a typo in the memo of <br /> January 4th crediting a part of Job-Is Fishing Road construction <br /> cost towards the mitigation package. Donna ' s Lane was intended <br /> to be inserted in place of Job' s Fishing Road. <br /> A second memo was submitted to the Cape Cod Commission in <br /> response to the typographical error indicated Mr. Fudal , The <br /> Cape Cod Commission has agreed to deduct $50, 000 from the <br /> mitigation. <br /> The original off site mitigation amounted to $263 ,900 <br /> informed Mr. Fudala . With the deduction of $50 ,000, the total <br /> amounts to $213 ,000 . The Cape Cock Commission will also he making <br /> the decision as to how the money is to be spent noted Mr, Fudala . <br /> It is the intent to place signalization in the area of <br /> Donna ' s Lane, Rte. 28 and Jab' s Fishing Road informed <br /> Mr, Fudala, The remainder of funds will be used for <br /> ignatliation in the area of the Police/Fire Departments , <br /> Rte . 151 and Job ' s Fishing Road . <br /> meeting is scheduled for Friday, January 29 , 1993 with the <br /> Mate Department to discuss the signali ation noted Mr. Fudala . <br /> Mr. Fudala asked the Board if they are in objection to the <br /> $50, 000 deduction and if they would want to contribute to the <br /> expenditure of funds. <br /> It was noted that Job ' s Fishing Road has been revised as to <br /> the future layout of the road . The latest revision is a two lame <br /> lined road with parking and a 13-151 wide shared sidewalk/bikeway <br /> on the south side informed Mr, Fudala , <br /> The road as it now exists is a wide two lane road with the <br /> first course of pavement indicated Mr, Fudala , As per the Mento <br /> of Understanding dated 5/3/85 , the road is a public way, but not <br /> a Town owned road, When the road is completed, it is the agreement <br /> that it will be turned over to the Town relat d Mr. Fudala. <br />
