PUBLIC DISCUSSION: None at this time. COMMUNICATIONS AND CORRESPONDENCE: MA Releaf Grant: A letter was drafted by the Executive Secretary on behalf of the Board of Selectmen in support of the Mahee Department of Public Works application to obtain funding for shade trees to be planted -at Heritage Park. *The Board is in agreement to submit the letter as written by the Executive Secretary. Police Department re: Hepatitis Booster Shots: Correspondence was received from the Police Department with regards to the hepatitis vaccination for Police officers. The total amount is not to exceed $1320 informed Mr. Whritenour. The funding is currently available through the Insurance Account. Mr. Whritenour will see if the above is covered by the To n' Health Insurance program* Dredging re: Poonesset Spit: Mr. Harrington of Save the Bay has received a letter of support with regards to dredging in the area of Poonesset Spit from the New Seabury Corporation informed Mr. Whritenour, He is scheduled to meet again with the New Seabury Corporation in request to provide indemnification to the Town. It was noted that the application deadline is February 15, 19930
