0 <br />0 <br />0 <br />BOARD OF SELECTMEN <br />MINUTES <br />M NDA , FEBRUARY 8t 1993 <br />Present: Selectman Caffyn, Selectman Mills, Selectman Costa <br />Executive Secretary Robert Whritenour <br />Absent: Selectman Vacc r , Selectman Jacobson <br />Guests: Deidre Greetish, Jane Stockbridge, Rita Sousa, <br />Steve Ball, Greg Taylor, Bill Zammer, Al P lsi, <br />Deputy Baker, Elizabeth Pettit -Paul Ott <br />Meeting Called to Order by Chairman Cafyn at p.m. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Monday-, January 11, 1993 Regular and Executive w/Amendment <br />Thursday, January 14, 1993 Regular Session <br />Tuesday, January 19, 1993 Regular and Executive Sessions <br />Monday, January 25, 1993 Regular Session <br />Monday, February 1, 1993 e ul-ar Session <br />It is the agreement of the Board to defer the acceptance of <br />the above minutes at this time. <br />PUBLIC DISCUSSION: <br />The recommendation was made by Al Pol s i to schedule future <br />Town Meetings on Saturday mornings rather than on Monday evenings <br />for greater senior Citizen participation. <br />*The Board is in agreement to review the mandate of the Town <br />Bylaw relative to the above. The recommendation will be taken <br />under advisement at this time. <br />Director of Public Works re: Curb Cut Fee Pol i <br />Greg Taylor was present to discuss the intersection <br />supplement to the Curb Cut Fee Policy as revised on February 5r <br />1993. A project that generates more than 30 vehicle trips per <br />day is subject to additional technical review informed <br />Mr. Taylor. <br />If it is deemed necessary by the Director of Public Works, <br />an independent technical Consultant will review the application <br />and propose potential mitigating measures informed Mr, Taylor. <br />The fee will be hilted directly to the applicant and shall be <br />k <br />Cons i de red part of the permit fee, The consulting fee shall not <br />exceed $,0. <br />
