Mr. Fudala <br />indicates in his memo that an average of 50 trips or more daily <br />will have a significant impact on one or more intersections* <br />This excludes permits for an individual single-family residence. <br />Mr. Whrit nour indicated that Kopelman and Paige have <br />approved the latest draft of the policy supplement to form as it <br />relates to curb cuts. <br />Selectman Mills recommended to include for clarity purposes, <br />additional wording to exclude single-family residences. <br />Mr. Taylor is in agreement. <br />*The motion was made by Selectman Costa to approve of the <br />Curb Cut Permit Policy as amended to include; exclusive of a <br />single-family residence. The motion was s Con-d d by Selectman <br />Mills, VOTE: Unanimous. 3- . <br />Snow and Ice Removal U date: <br />The general policy of the Department of Public Works does <br />not provide snow and ice removal from condominium area's noted <br />Mr. Taylor. <br />Snow and Ice removal is allowed in the area -of Deer Crossing <br />since it relates to a school bus route noted Mr, Taylor. There <br />are two other exceptions that Mr. Taylor is now aware of. This <br />includes the United Church Village since it is a part of the <br />school bus route and the Lows. Mr. Taylor noted that an <br />agreement was made by the prior hoard in 197 to plow the Mews. <br />*The Board is in agreement to continue to plow areas that <br />relate to school bus routes. A clearer policy will be develope,d <br />in 1993/19940 <br />COMMUNICATIONS AND CORRESPONDENCE: <br />Leisure service Advisory Council: Communication was <br />received from Dr. DeMoura relative to the selectmen's appointment <br />of a representative to the Leisure Service Advisory Council. <br />This will be placed on the agenda of February 2 , 19930 <br />0 <br />
