Mr. Fudala indicates in his memo that an average of 50 trips or more daily will have a significant impact on one or more intersections* This excludes permits for an individual single-family residence. Mr. Whrit nour indicated that Kopelman and Paige have approved the latest draft of the policy supplement to form as it relates to curb cuts. Selectman Mills recommended to include for clarity purposes, additional wording to exclude single-family residences. Mr. Taylor is in agreement. *The motion was made by Selectman Costa to approve of the Curb Cut Permit Policy as amended to include; exclusive of a single-family residence. The motion was s Con-d d by Selectman Mills, VOTE: Unanimous. 3- . Snow and Ice Removal U date: The general policy of the Department of Public Works does not provide snow and ice removal from condominium area's noted Mr. Taylor. Snow and Ice removal is allowed in the area -of Deer Crossing since it relates to a school bus route noted Mr, Taylor. There are two other exceptions that Mr. Taylor is now aware of. This includes the United Church Village since it is a part of the school bus route and the Lows. Mr. Taylor noted that an agreement was made by the prior hoard in 197 to plow the Mews. *The Board is in agreement to continue to plow areas that relate to school bus routes. A clearer policy will be develope,d in 1993/19940 COMMUNICATIONS AND CORRESPONDENCE: Leisure service Advisory Council: Communication was received from Dr. DeMoura relative to the selectmen's appointment of a representative to the Leisure Service Advisory Council. This will be placed on the agenda of February 2 , 19930 0
