Snow Days; Future Policy,: 11 The Selectmen voiced concern to the employee's who came in and worked -at Town Hall during the recent snow storm. Approximately twelve employee's cane to work. The Board is in agreement to compensate the employee's for their dedicated service. It was noted that the to l epbone s. i n Town Hall were out of order during the recent snow storm. *The Board is in agreement to develop a policy relative to snow days. The Executive Secretary is authorized to make the determination to open or close Town Hall in conjunction with the Director of Public Works. If there is inability to communicate directly to Town lull, *the Board is in agreement to direct employee's to contact the Police Department or Department of Public Works. Vocal radio stations and cable television will also be notified to publicize any decisions as deemed by the Executive Secretary. ***The motion was made by Selectman costa to allow one day of compensation time to each employee who worked during the recent storm. This time must be utilized within 30 days. The motion was seconded by Selectman Mills. VOTE: Unanimous. 3- . COMMUNICATIONS AND CORRESPONDENCE* ESPONDENCE Town Hall Parking: Selectman costa recommended to submit a memo to all departments relative to Town Hall Parking, All employee's should utilize the parking area, in the rear of Town Mall unless they are disabled.
