He asked The Board to consider what a 55 gallon drum <br />of pesticide would do to John's Pond. Chairman Caffyn noted his <br />point is well taken; she recommended review by Town Counsel* Ir. <br />Whritenour stated this issue had been reviewed and found <br />acceptable by Town Counsel, Selectman, Costa expressed opinion <br />Attorney Joseph Reardon had once spoken of a minimum $1,000,000 <br />liability package requirement for .any Mashpee business. <br />*The Board is in agreement to re -check with Torn Counsel <br />concerning this matter. <br />*The motion was made by Selectmen Caffyn The Board go into <br />Executive Session at .. and continue an open session at <br />p.m, on Wednesday, February 24, 19 ; the motion was made <br />second by Selectman Vaccaro ; motion passed.
