�1 <br />u <br />0 <br />i <br />BOARD OF SELECTMEN Page 9 <br />MINUTES <br />MONDAYL APRIL 26, 1991 <br />Town Meeting Warrant <br />Ali <br />Mr. Whritenour presented the Board with copies of the <br />motions to be made at the Annual Town Meeting on May 3, 1993. <br />The Board will meet at the Middle School a p,ine <br />Selectman caffyn will review the motions and designate the <br />appropriate Selectmen Members to read the motions, <br />NEW BUSINESS: <br />Acce tanoe of CountX Fuel Bid: <br />**The motion was made by Selectman vacoaro to accept the low <br />bid price of $0.6945 from Scudder -Taylor for #2 Fuel Oil Tank <br />-Wagon Delivery, The motion was seconded by Selectman Mills. <br />VOTE: Unanimous. - . <br />***The motion was made by Selectman Costa to accept the bid <br />price of Coastal, Inc, in the amount of $0*0469 for #2 Fuel Oil <br />Motor Transport Delivery. The motion was seconded by Selectman <br />Mills. VOTE; Unanimous. -. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Monday, February 22, 1993 Regular Session: <br />Selectman Caffyn asked that the minutes be amended to <br />reflect on page two under Ambulance Service/Fee change. In the <br />third paragraph; typo, To delete the words; Mr* Hansen and <br />insert; chief Ridgeway as it appears three times in,the <br />paragraph.. <br />Page three: Ambulance Service/Fee change: In the motion; <br />insert the word: for after the word'; Mills, Insert the word: to <br />after the word; Board. To read: The motion was made by <br />Selectman -Mills for the Board to approve an inorease o . , <br />Page four: Selectman Mills asked to amend the minutes for <br />the record to include after Selectman Mills statement: The Mills <br />family being discussed are distant relatives of Selectman Mills, <br />The discussion did not follow under the conflict of interest law. <br />Page six clerk of the Works: Remove the word informed as <br />it appears twice and insert: noted and indicated.
