BOARD OF SELECTMEN Page <br />MINUTES <br />'ION AY , JU E 281 1993 <br />8:20 p.m. Public Hearing <br />Transfer Cafe 18 Li uor License; <br />Selectman vaeoaro opened the Public Nearing for the purpose <br />of discussing the transfer of an all alcoholic restaurant license <br />from Clout Inc., d Cafe 180 to Fennu i Bros., d b a Davy's <br />Locker. <br />Diane Cloutier and Jeffrey Dolinsky were present to discuss <br />the above transfer with the Board. Mr. Dol i nsky indicated that <br />e is the designated on site manager of Davy's Looker. <br />All paperwork and apprkopr i ate f ee ' s have been paid noted <br />Mr, Whritenour., Review will be made with regards to the payment <br />f property taxes to date. <br />Mr. Dol insky indicated that he intends to operate the <br />restaurant establishment on a year round basis. He noted that he <br />operates a similar type restaurant in New Bedford. <br />Being no further comment, Selectman vaecaro closed the <br />Public Hearing at 8:29 p.m. <br />The motion was made by Selectman Ca f fyn to approve the <br />transfer of the All Alcoholic Restaurant license from Clout <br />Inc,, d a Cafe 130 to Fennuci Bros., d a Davy's Looker <br />pending the payment of all taxes as appropriate for the license <br />application* The motion was seconded by Selectman Mills.VOTE: <br />Unanimous. 4-0. <br />8:30 p.m. Recess - Meeting to move to Great Room. <br />8:35 p.m. Meeting resumed. <br />Jane Stockbridge -r= --Petition, <br />Many senior citizens were present to discuss and support the <br />re -appointment of Christine Donovan, the Council on Aging <br />Director for fiscal year 1994. <br />Jane Stockbridge, liaison of the Personnel Department was <br />present on behalf of Christine Donovan. Ms. Stockbridge <br />indicated that as liaison, she did not receive any information <br />relative to her re -appointment. There is an assumption that <br />Ms. Donovan will not be re -appointed noted Nis. Stockbridge. <br />Jane Stockbridge made mote of Ms. Donovan's zany positive <br />attributes and the programs she has implemented for the Senior <br />Center. <br />I* <br />
