UNE 29r 1993 <br />Reappointments: s: Discussion of Items placed_ nHold: <br />Building Inspector: William Hauck: <br />Selectman Vaccaro placed the appointment of the Building <br />Inspector on hold. Selectman Vaccaro indicated that for <br />technical reasons and to record the vote, he placed the <br />appointment on hold, He has no objections to the appointment of <br />William Hauck as Building Inspector. <br />*The motion was made by Selectman Mills to appoint William <br />Hauck as Building Inspector for a term to expire June 30, 1994. <br />The motion was seconded by Selectman Caffyn . VOTE: Unanimous. <br />4-0. Selectman Vaccaro abstained from voting. <br />council. on Aging Director: Christine Donovan: <br />Selectman Costa placed the appointment of the Council on <br />Aging Director on hold. Selectman Vaccaro indicated that <br />M. Donovan has been a probationary employee: <br />The Board of Selectmen may vote, to appoint Ms. Donovan as a <br />regular full-time employee, vote to continue the probationary <br />status for an amount of time or elect to do none of the above <br />informed Selectman Vaccaro. <br />*The motion was made by Selectman Caffyn to appoint Christine <br />Donovan as a regular full-time employee for a term to expire June <br />30, 1994. Being no second, the -motion does not carry, <br />For clarification, Selectman Vaccaro indicated the Board <br />received a Probationary Employee Report as completed by <br />Ms, Donovan's supervisor, Robert Whritenour. The overall <br />evaluation was classified as definitely unsatisfactory indicated <br />Selectman Vaccaro. <br />Selectman Caffyn asked if the report was reviewed with <br />Nis. Donovan and if she is aware of what is contained in the <br />report. She indicated that the evaluation does -not contain her <br />signature. <br />Mr. Whritenour indicated that the evaluation is in the draft <br />stage of the report. Copies have been provided for input from <br />the Board and liaison. It is not finalized and has not been <br />reviewed by the employee. <br />0 <br />
