UNE 29r 1993 Reappointments: s: Discussion of Items placed_ nHold: Building Inspector: William Hauck: Selectman Vaccaro placed the appointment of the Building Inspector on hold. Selectman Vaccaro indicated that for technical reasons and to record the vote, he placed the appointment on hold, He has no objections to the appointment of William Hauck as Building Inspector. *The motion was made by Selectman Mills to appoint William Hauck as Building Inspector for a term to expire June 30, 1994. The motion was seconded by Selectman Caffyn . VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. Selectman Vaccaro abstained from voting. council. on Aging Director: Christine Donovan: Selectman Costa placed the appointment of the Council on Aging Director on hold. Selectman Vaccaro indicated that M. Donovan has been a probationary employee: The Board of Selectmen may vote, to appoint Ms. Donovan as a regular full-time employee, vote to continue the probationary status for an amount of time or elect to do none of the above informed Selectman Vaccaro. *The motion was made by Selectman Caffyn to appoint Christine Donovan as a regular full-time employee for a term to expire June 30, 1994. Being no second, the -motion does not carry, For clarification, Selectman Vaccaro indicated the Board received a Probationary Employee Report as completed by Ms, Donovan's supervisor, Robert Whritenour. The overall evaluation was classified as definitely unsatisfactory indicated Selectman Vaccaro. Selectman Caffyn asked if the report was reviewed with Nis. Donovan and if she is aware of what is contained in the report. She indicated that the evaluation does -not contain her signature. Mr. Whritenour indicated that the evaluation is in the draft stage of the report. Copies have been provided for input from the Board and liaison. It is not finalized and has not been reviewed by the employee. 0
