BOARD OF SELECTMEN Page 19 MINUTES MO 1DA , J UL 1 , l Approval and Authorization for Execution of Summer Intern **The motion was rude by selectman Costa to approve and execute the summer Intern Contract dated July 6, 19939 The motion was seconded by Selectman Jacobson. VOTE: Unanimous. -. Memo from Clerk of the Works for Middle School Addition Project: The Board acknowledged the memo as received from John J. Winn relative to his termination date of July 9, 1993 for services rendered as Clerk of the Works for the Middle School Addition project. Advertisement for Council on Aqinq Director: It is the agreement of the Board to defer the advertisement until further review and clarification of the job description. This item will be placed on the Selectmen's agenda of July 2, 1993 for continued discussion. During the interim, an administrative team is currently handling the daily functions of the Senior Center. The administrative team consists of; Selectman vaccarop Robert hri enour, Lyn Waterman and Betty Jones. Non -Standard Part-time Dispatchers: It was noted that one of the newly appointed part-time dispatchers is not available for employment en until September l 1993. Selectman Costa has offered to review this concern. Public Discussion: Selectman Caffyn recommended the Board remain consistent and include the p,m, Public Discussion time on the Board's weeny agenda for fifteen minutes , . Many citizens are aware of this time set aside' for Public Discussion noted Selectman-affyn. Adjournment: ***The motion was mar.de by Selectman Costa to adjourn at 10:25 p.m. The Board will enter into Executive session at this time for the purpose of discussing collective bargaining issues, The Board will not re -convene in open Session, The Motion was seconded by Selectman Mills.
