There is little to coo one year after an election stated Ms, Labute. our recourse is to appoint the two vacancies in the Finance Committee, The Board is in agreement., The Town -Report is a historic record of 'down event indicated Mrs. Greelish. The Town Report does not contain a listing of election results. The terns and expiration are not accurate related Mrs. Greelish, The Town Report should be corrected indicated Mrs, Greelish, It is an official document placed i-n the Library and Town Archives. Mrs. Greelish recommended to review the process of making the Town Report in greater detail, Nis. Labute agrees, selectman caf fyn recommended to form a Town Report Committee. Selectman Vaccaro direct ed the Town clerk to correct the Town Report, Ms. Lahute indicated that she will include the ballot results in her copy of the Town Report, The Board of Registrars will also receive a corrected copy. 7: p.m. Beautification Council of Mashpee: Tana Watt; co-chairman of the Beautification Committee was present to discuss the Beautification Council of Mashpee with the Board. She indicated that the Beautification council is an independent, non-profit organization formed to enhance the beauty of Mashpee through cooperation with business establishments, civic organizations, town commissions and departments. Selectman Caffyn is alsoCo-Chairman of the Beautification Committee* Mary Lopez is Nice -Chairman, Lucille Mizzerella i Treasurer and Greg Taylor is Landscape Advisor to the Beautification Committee. The committee members were present for discussion. Several beautification projects include the first annual plant sale to be held on Saturday, May 29, 1993 at Mashpee Commons informed Ms, Watt, Proceeds will aid to beautify Mashpee in the fall with the planting of bulbs noted Ms. Watt. 0
