Sha er distributed copies of the new Town Bylaw and Conflict of Interest Laws to members of the Board of Selectmen. COMMUNICATIONS AND CORRESPONDENCE: Memo from Selectman Jacobson re: Bays Legal Fund The Bays Legal Fund voted to appeal the, recent decision of Judge Maone regarding the oufall pipe construction informed Selectman Jacobson. We are continuing to work towards proper protection of -Cape Cod noted selectman Jacobson. A2pointment of Representative to Bays Leg l Fund: *The motion was made by Selectman Costa to place the appointment of a Representative to the Days Legal Fund on the Board's agenda, The motion was seconded. by Selectman Mills. VOTE: Unanimous. - . **The motion was made by Selectman Costa to appoint Selectman Carol Jacobson as Mashpee's representative to the Bays Legal Fund. The motion was seconded by selectman Mills. Correspondence from Thomas and Ba i le Communication was received from the law first of Thomas and Bailey relative to the turnover of the Town' s legal files informed Selectman Vaecaro. Thomas and Bailey have agreed to turnover all files to the Town.
