This <br />area is not the atmosphere for beer and wino sales indicated <br />Selectman Mills. It is difficult to not congregate in this part <br />of Town. <br />Mr. Murray was responsive. He is looking at this area with <br />a total different viewpoint. He does not believe the element <br />will exist, we are a service oriented family explained <br />Mr. Murray. We are trying to operate a business for the service <br />of the Town. Mr. Murray indicated that he intends to purchase <br />the adjacent property to hinder loitring. <br />Being no further comment, Selectman vaccaro closed the <br />Public Nearing at 89.08 p.m. <br />*The motion was made by Selectman Mille to deny the Wine and <br />Malt Package Good Store License application of Bayberry's Country <br />Store. The motion was seconded by Selectman Jacobson. VOTE; <br />Unanimous. - o . <br />Tom Noble re: Test wells: <br />Tom Noble was present to discuss the Installation <br />Restoration Program program with the Board. Mr, Noble indicated <br />that the proposal is a continuation of the investigation begun <br />earlier this year of the plumes effecting Johns and Ashumet <br />Ponds. <br />Maps were enclosed for review detailing the location of <br />eight proposed well locations* one well is currently located on <br />Town owned property explained Mr. Noble. <br />Phase two of the field work is -scheduled to begin in late <br />September indicated Mr. Noble. We will be looking for two plumes <br />of contamination in the Briarwood subdivison and along the <br />western shore of Johns Pond informed Mr. Moyle* <br />12 p,m, Selectman dills left the Meeting. <br />*The motion was made by Selectman Jacobson to support and <br />approve the test well locations as proposed by the Department of <br />the Air Force; -Installation Restoration Program. The motion was <br />seconded by Selectman Caffyn. VOTE: Unanimous. -o. Selectman <br />Mills absent for the vote. <br />
