BOARD OF SELECTMEN Page <br />MINUTES <br />MNDA, OCTOBER 18, 1993 <br />Memo from the Town Clerk re: Housinq Authority Appointee.0 <br />A memo was received from the Town Clerk relative to the <br />appointment of the Mousing Authority Appointee dated September <br />7, 1993, <br />E. Stuart Peoples has agreed to be reappointed to serve as <br />Mashpee's state Appointment on the Housing Authority. <br />**The motion was made by selectman Jacobson to reappoint <br />E. Stuart Peoples to the Housing 'Authority as recommended. The <br />motion was seconded by selectman Mills. VOTE: Unanimous. 5 - 0 . <br />Appointment of Personnel -Board Meters <br /># III. 1i,■ 1 lii. <br />The Personnel Board submitted a memo to the Board of <br />Selectmen relative to the appointment of Personnel. Board <br />Members. Schuyler '. Wires, Joseph B. Dellagala and Marcia <br />Lindsey were recommended for appointment. <br />***The motion was made by Selectman Jacobson to appoint to the <br />Personnel Board; <br />Schuyler D. wires for a term to expire; June 30, 18 <br />Joseph D. Dellagala for a term to expire; June 30. 1994 <br />Marcia Lindsey for a term to expire; June 30, 1994 <br />The motion was seconded by Selectman Caffyn. VOTE <br />Unanimous. 5- . <br />8:20 p . art , <br />Director of Public Works re: various Issues: <br />eaonsett Island Waving: To facilitate work related to the <br />Water District contract and to provide the hest value to <br />residents of Seconsett Island, Mr. Taylor has recommended to <br />provide the road construction within the intended scope of the <br />water lime installation. <br />To provide the above service, the fee will not exceed <br />$25,000 indicated Mr, Taylor,. Director of Public Works. <br />***The motion was made 'by Selectman Costa to approv.e the work <br />related to seaonsett Island Paving as recommended. The Motion <br />was seconded by Selectman Caffyn. VOTE: Unanimous. 5- . <br />Snow Removal Rates 1 -1 Mr. Taylor indicated that he <br />has maintained the same hourly rates for contracted snow removal <br />since 1990. Enclosed for review was a proposed fee increase. <br />*The motion was trade by Selectman Costa to approve the Snow <br />Removal Rates as recommended. The motion was seconded by <br />10 Selectman Caffyn. VOTE: Unanimous. 5- . <br />
