APPROVAL of MINUTES; Monday, October 2, 1993 Regular and Executive Sessions: Selectman vaccaro asked that the minutes be amended to reflect on page six under Budget Initiatives and Priorities, - second paragraph; delete the word: Recommendations and insert the word: Discussion. **The motion was made by Selectman Mills to approve the Regular Session minutes of October 25, 1993 as amended. The motion was seconded by Selectman Costa, VOTE: Unanimous. - . COMMUNICATIONS AND CORRESPONDENCE Communication from the -Community Action Committee: f The Community Action tommittOe of Cape cod and the Islands has requested a letter of support from the Selectmen to establish a Homelessness Intercept Program. *The motion was made by Selectman Jacobson to accept the request of the Community Action Committee and submit a letter of support for the proposal to establish a Homelessness Intercept Program. The motion was seconded by Selectman Mills. VOTE: Unanimous. -o. Selectman Caffyn absent, It was noted that the letter of support should be submitted to CAC by Friday, November 12, 19-93 to be included in the application to the Executive office of communities and ' Development's ment' request for proposal*
