No action necessary. Advisor relative to renewal of sign permits for New seabur Communication was received from New Seabury Limited Partnership dated October 22, 1993 relative to their renewal of a state sign permit located on route 28 at the Rotary Pine Tree Circle. *The motion was made .by selectman costa to approve without objection, the renewal of the state sign as located in Mashp ee. The motion was seconded by Selectman Jacobson. VOTE Unanimous. - . selectman Caffyn absent. Request from Commonwealth Electric Communication was received from Commonwealth Electric dated November 15, 1993 relative to the pet it i ors to place poles near the entrance to. the new stop and Shop facility. (Commonwealth Electric Plan 101 As noted by Mr. Whritenourr a Public Hearing was conducted at 9:00 a.m. on November 15, 1993, The Director of Public Works was in support of the petition. Mr. Wiritenour as Hearing Officer, recommended to approve -the petition with the use of a Mashee Detail Police Officer. **The motion was made by Selectman . Mills to approve Commonwealth Electric Plan 10014 with a M shpee Detail Police Officer as recommended. The motion was -seconded by Selectman Costa . VOTE: Unanimous.- - . Selectman Caffyn absent, Communication from the Board of Health: Correspondence was received from the Board of Health, Elias McQuaid dated November 9, 1993 relative to a scheduled Public Hearing on December 2, 1993 at 7:00 p.m, in the Great loom, Town Hall. The public is invited to attend the discussion relative to the Alliance for Base Clean-up.
