s LJ BOARD of SELECTMEN Page MINUTES M I DA , D C MB R 13, , 1993 Public Hearing: Liquor License Renewal: Selectman Vaccaro indicated that the complaint of non- compliance rel-ate.d to -Zachary's Pub was forwarded to the Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission for review. There has been no.respons to the complaint at this time noted Selectman vaccaro. For the record, Selectman Caffyn indicated that she disapproves of the license renewal. Selectman vaccaro agreed. Kathy Lynch and Al Po.lsi favor the license restriction of Chapter 138, Section l B. Ed Baker recommended -to place a restriction on -all li uor' license establishments to further strengthen the Town's position. Being no further comment, Selectman Vatccaro closed the Public Hearing. All licenses have been r vie ed by the Building Inspector, Board of Health, Police Chief, Fire Chief and Tax Collector noted Selectman vaccaro. r All applications are in order with the exception of the Seafarer Family Restaurant. It is the consensus of the Board to notify the Seafarer with re-ference to non-payment of personal property taxes. Thirty days will be allocated for payment. If payment is not made within such time, the Board will schedule Special Public ' Nearing for the purpose of license revocation. Cape Cod Convention Center d/ba Zachary's Pub: **The motion was made by Selectman Caffyn to renew the annual liquor license of Cape Cod Convention Center dba Zachary's Pub subject to the restrictions of the MCI Chapter 1, Section 12B. The restrictions shall be placed on the face of license application. The motion was seconded by Selectman vaccaro. VOTE: Unanimous, 2-O. Selectman Mills abstained from voting. Selectman Jacobson, Selectman Costa absent. New, -eabury Country Club Limited Partnership d b a New Seabury Country Club: *The motion was made by Selectman Caffyn to approve the annual liquor license renewal of New Seabury Company Limited Partnership d b a New Seabury Country Club, The motion was seconded by Selectman Mills. VOTE: Unanimous. - , Selectman vaccaro abstained from voting, Selectman Jacobson, Selectman Costa absent.
