Proposed in accordance with paragraph <br />of Appendix 2. <br />NIASBPEE POND BOAT LANDING REGULATIONS. <br />Regulations: As Proposed to the Commonwealth bBoard of Selectmen in 11 <br />Note.- Proposed changes to these existing regulations are italicized. Fonner wording <br />is shown in parentheses. <br />1. No person shall build a fire or maintam* fire for any purpose. <br />. No person shall remove, destroy, or deface any vegetation, sign, poster, <br />building, or any other property. <br />. Parking areas are for the sole use of motor vehicles parking in conjunction with <br />the intended use of the area. Parking shall be only in a manner indicated by the <br />striping pattern of the parking area. The conduct of any other activities in the <br />parking area is prohibited. <br />. Camping, swimming, sleeping, and picnicking activity shall not be permitted <br />within the boundary of the Mashpee Pond Boat Landing. <br />. 'water skiing activity shall not be initiated or terminated at (any) the Mashpee- <br />Wakeby boat launching ramp. <br />. No fishing activity shall be conducted from or within' fifty o foot radius of <br />any boat launching ramp. <br />7. At no time shall a person deposit or leave any refuse. The deposit of sanitary <br />wastes is also strictly prohibited. <br />. The washing of motor vehicles, flushing of motors, or other equipment is <br />prohibited. <br />9. No person shall carry on any business or commercial calling, trade, sell -or <br />otherwise deal in commodities or merchandise of any description or solicit <br />patronage of any sort, or advertise any such business or calling for the sale of <br />such commodities or merchandise Or hold any public meeting, unless he shall <br />have received a written permit to do so from the Board of Selectmen. <br />The posting of any special sign or notice (commercial or otherwise), without the <br />prior approval of the board of Selectmen,- is prohibited. <br />10. No person shall dock or beach a boat for more than 24 hours within the boundary <br />of the Mashpee Pond Boat Landing. Storage of boats or other equipment on <br />Page 1 <br />
