1 ashpee Pond Boat Landing shall be prohibited except with written permission <br />of the Board of Selectmen, <br />1. Disorderly conduct, gambling, drinking of alcoholic beverages, use of illegal <br />drugs, obscene or indecent language or behavior is prohibited. <br />12. Charge a $3 dollar admission fee per vehicle per day utilizing the facility. A $ <br />dollar fee per out-of-state vehicle per day will be charged. The fee will be <br />charged on weekends and holidays from 15 April through 15 October. <br />13. The parking will be limited to the 4-lined parking spaces. Only vehicles with <br />watercraft will be permitted to park at the facility. 'Ten parking spaces will be <br />reserved for cars associated with non -motorized watercraft or fishing boats. Two <br />parking spaces shall be reservedfor vehicles. of bonafide handicapped persons. <br />1. The Town will close the gate for security reasons to assist the attendant in <br />maintaining lot capacity. The Town will reserve the right to close the gate at night <br />if night 'activity contributes to security problems at Attaquin Park br the <br />surrounding neighborhood. <br />Additional Regulations described by Mashpee in 1991 and modified in 1993. <br />. During June, July, and August parking shall be restricted to 25 cars trailers <br />per day for fishing tournaments. This shall apply even if more than one <br />organization is fishing the same day. <br />. During the other months, up to 35 cars/trailers per day shall be allowed. <br />. Deleted (Excess cars/trailers shall be harked at other locations to be <br />deterrm*ned so as to allow access for other users of the -pond. <br />Additional Regulations proposed in 1993. <br />. The above regulations and c shall apply not only to organized sponsored <br />fishing groups, but to any group, whether,ishrng or not, who wish to use the <br />launching and parking fac ity in accordance with its purposes. <br />18. Duringthe months o , u and August, a maximum o, two days per month, off ` <br />f g <br />fishing tournaments shall be allowed. During all the other months, a rr x um <br />fo r days offishing tournaments per month shall be. allowed. On any ofthe <br />allowed days, more than one organization may participate as long as the <br />numbers of oartraiers in regulations 15 and 16 above are not exceeded. <br />19. Vhenever one or more Commonwealth -approved tournaments would result in <br />more than 25 cars1trailers, an E O (Environmental Police Offloer shall be <br />required. The EPO shall be present when boat launching commences, and shall <br />remain on duty until the last boat is removedfrom the water. The EPO shall be <br />on the water in a boat during the fishing tournament. In the event that the EPO <br />cannot meet these requirements, tou�ent organizers shall arrange in <br />advance , t their exprse, for Special Duty Officer rrr the �ahpee Police <br />epartrnent to cover the tines when the EPO is not present. <br />Page 2 <br />
