Present were. <br /> 'Kenneth Faro s i and David Nivea <br /> Those .present for the Bargaining Committee, MOH PENT FIRE" <br /> FIGHTERS ASSOCIATION, were: Richard Martin. and William Chase. <br /> There were no objections to- this meeting being taped for the pur-+ <br /> poses off' minutes. <br /> The Bargaining Cottee submitted a list of items for negotiation. <br /> Mrs. Graham suggested that we go through each article and discuss <br /> them with any problems fabled hold for the time b ing.- <br /> Article 7 a <br /> The Union wishes to insert their work+ schedule in this new contract* w <br /> Theerso nnel ward saw no objections t this article, and OK'd .t. <br /> �y <br /> Article.8 <br /> Section"' he Union would like to see see a two .2 hour mini um <br /> .nnthe case of ars eme'rg§nay and an employee .is, working beyond his <br /> shift# I'The Personnel. Board saw no objections to this article. . <br /> Article 9 , <br /> Both parties agreed to HOLD on ihis article for the time being. <br /> Article 1 <br /> Accumulation of vacation time - the Union would like the option <br /> of be .n ..able I to accumulate o% of their fiscal vacation allotment <br /> to the 'next year. There was some discussion as to how the Police <br /> Department 'handled it.
