MINUTES OF THE MA SHPEE PERSONNEL BOARD MEETING JULY 2310 1979 INNIS This meeting was called to order by Acting Chairman, Wi1ma Gr at 7:00 p.m. Present Board members were* Thomas Boyd, John Pete-.t . and Kenneth Parolski. At 7:15 p.m. Burley Green met with the Board to discuss an .increase for Horace Pocknette The Board informed Mrs Green that Mir. Pitt was at the top step of the SAP and we would have to make further consideration at the Urre of negotiations. i At 7:30 p.m. The Board met the Town Employees Group to discuss with thew some of the upcoming changes ..n the SAP (Salary Adr ni tration Plan). A number of possibilities were discussed and they will be taken into consideration and keep the group informed. The Personnel -Board conducted elections of officers. Wilma Graham was nominated and voted in as the new Personnel Board Chairmano John Peters'. Jr. was nm nated and voted in as the Personnel Board Secretary* memo was received from Chief O'Connor of the Police Department stating he felt that Ptl. A hison sould be Dept on a sick leave status for the time being. The Board feels that if P l,. Aitchison. was injured while on duty, he should be classified as Accident/ Injured on Duty. A amended suspension was recieved on Patrolman William . Ethier. Chief O t onnor amended the terms of the original suspension as follows: lo Suspended without pay for one 1 working day. 2.
