Employees who are eligible for vacations and whose services <br /> are terminated by retirement, by entrance into the Armed Forces, <br /> by resignation or by termination for reasons other than 'for cause" <br /> shall be paid a pro-rated accrued vacation allowance. This pay- <br /> ment shall be reduced by any leave charged against vacation time, <br /> . An employee shall be granted an additional day of vacation or a <br /> day's pay at the employeels discretion, if, while on vacation <br /> leave, a designated holiday occurs. <br /> 5. Vacation may be taken at the employee's discretion subject to <br /> the approval of the Department Mead. In case of two <br /> employees * in the same department, antin'g to take vacation at <br /> the same time the senior a plo e e shall have preference, <br /> . Regular part-time employees will be paid at the average daily <br /> rate of pay for the prior six months <br /> . CROUP INSURANCE AND BLUE CROSS./BLUE SHIELD <br /> 1. All regular full--tire employees and all regular part- time employees <br /> are eligible for group insurance and Blue Cross/Blue Shield.
