R <br /> After to years 2 days for each month worded <br /> in the f1 scal year <br /> 29 On July 1 of each year all full-time employees and all regular <br /> part-time employees who average twenty o hours or more per <br /> week, during the prior six months, will be credited the <br /> number of vacation days earned in the last fiscal year. <br /> . Employees who are eligible for vacations and whose services <br /> are terminated by retirement, by entrance into the Armed Forces, <br /> by resignation or by termination for reasons other than 'for cause" <br /> shall be paid a pro-rated accrued vacation allowance. This pay- <br /> ment shall be reduced by any leave charged against vacation time, <br /> . An employee shall be granted an additional day of vacation or a <br /> day's pay at the employeels discretion, if, while on vacation <br /> leave, a designated holiday occurs. <br /> 5. Vacation may be taken at the employee's discretion subject to <br /> the approval of the Department Mead. In case of two <br /> employees * in the same department, antin'g to take vacation at <br /> the same time the senior a plo e e shall have preference, <br /> . Regular part-time employees will be paid at the average daily <br /> rate of pay for the prior six months <br /> . Vacation leave may be accummulated up to 50 of the vacation <br /> earned in any fiscal year to a maximum of ten to days. <br /> % t <br /> Vacation must be taken in the fiscal year earned .except for <br /> leave allowed to be accumulated or it will be lost. <br /> r <br /> X I. CROUP INSURANCE AND BLUE CROSS./BLUE SHIELD <br /> 1. All regular full--tire employees and all regular part- time employees <br /> are eligible for group insurance and Blue Cross/Blue Shield. The <br /> 'down shall pay 5% and the employee 5% f the premiums. Blue <br /> Cross/Blue Shield is not mandatory* <br /> - �lI- <br />
