4 <br /> rt <br /> l , <br /> PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION PLAN <br /> • AUTHORIZATION . <br /> S <br /> Pursuant to the authority contained 'in Section 108 A and 1080 <br /> of Chapter 41 of the General Laws, the Town appointed a Personnel Board <br /> in 1969 to: i <br /> 1. classify poit .o -in the service_.of the Torn# t <br /> r <br /> 2. To authorize compensation for the positions in the classification <br /> plan, <br /> . To provide for' &mi ni. t ration of the Pl a.n. <br /> 4. To establish working conditions and fringe benefits for the <br /> employees occupying positions in the plan, <br /> which is collectively called the Personnel Administration Plan* <br /> At the Annual Town Nee ting- March, 1970, the Town adopted a Salary <br /> Administration Plan which was ame nded in October 1973 and April 1977. <br /> This Personnel Administration Plan is a revision of the Salary Admini- <br /> stration Plan. <br /> I. DEFINITIONS <br /> As used in this Plan the following words have the following <br /> meaning. <br /> Board The Personnel Board <br /> -Employee - an employee subject to the Personnel Administration Plan <br /> His - His or Her <br /> Regular Full-Time Employee - an employee who works <br /> thirty-fire hours per week <br /> Regular Part--Time Employee -- an employee who works twenty hours <br /> or more per week s" <br /> Plan -- The Personnel Administration.
