The Board may disapprove reimbursement for any course , <br /> that , in its judgment , does not qualify as a valid <br /> i <br /> course that would fulfill a degree or certificate <br /> requirement relevant to the- employee' s service to the Town. <br /> 2 . Employees who receive tuition reimbursement under this article <br /> i <br /> agree to remain in the employ of .the Town for two <br /> (2) years following completion of the course paid for . <br /> Should an employee resign within this two 2 year period , <br /> he shall repay to the Town the tuition amount and the Town <br /> shall have the right to recoup the amount from any monies owed <br /> the employee. <br /> XVII , LOG v I "Y <br /> 1 . Any full-time employee who on July 1 , 1979 , and at the end of <br /> F <br /> each fiscal year thereafter, has served the requisite number of <br /> full-time years of service 'as set forth shall be compensated <br /> for longevity as follows: <br /> . After five continuous full-time years of service, <br /> one hundred dollars $100 .00 . <br /> b. After ten l continuous full-time years of service,, one <br /> hundred fifty dollars ($150-00) . <br /> C, After fifteen I continuous full-time years of service, <br /> two hundred twenty-five dollars ($225 .00) . <br /> do After twenty o continuous full-time years of service, <br /> three hundred dollars ($300 -00) . <br /> 2 . Payment of the amounts set forth in paragraph 1 shall be made <br /> on the first pay period in July each year for employees who are <br /> eligible duririg the fiscal year preceding such date. <br />
