During the probationary period, a <br /> employee may be terminated without prior warning gar <br /> without cause. During the probationary period, the <br /> Board shall review the employee' s record from time <br /> time, and in no instance shall the employment be made <br /> regular without an approval by the Board after a review <br /> of a Performance Appraisal prepared by the Department <br /> Head. <br /> b.
