Pllycal Ez ration <br /> Based on the aforementioned system, all candidates who exceed the minimum score up to a <br /> maximum of the six (0) top scores will undergo and must satisfactorily pass a physical <br /> examination in accordance with the medical guidelines for public safety positions promulgated by <br /> the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Persormel Administration (this document is <br /> on file at the Town of Mashpee Personnel Board). <br /> A candidate who is found to have a potentially disqualify trig condition or impairment will have <br /> Ws/her case(s) automatically reviewed in accordance with the procedures/provisions of Article <br /> IIIA, Sections 2, 3, and 4 of the most current contract agreement between the Town of Mashpee <br /> and Local 3891BPO. Said procedure will determine the final medical qualification. A candidate <br /> who has been found to have a potentially disqualifying condition shall not be eligible for <br /> appointment/promotion. Said final determination/ Appeal Decision Re: Final medical/physical <br /> examination qualification status shall be non-grievable and non-arbitrable. <br />
