GROUP ALS` INSURANCE <br /> 1 All regular full-time employees and all regular part-time <br /> employees employees who work twenty hours or more per <br /> week are eligible for group insurance . Any portion o <br /> such leave not used in any year by the employee may acumu-- <br /> late on an unlimited basis . <br /> b , Regular pant-time employees shall be entitled to sick <br /> leave benefits pro-rated on the average daily rate of pay for <br /> the prior six months . <br /> C . A doctor ' s certificate at the expense of the employee may <br /> be required by the Department Head or the Personnel Board if <br /> an employee is absent from work for three consecutive <br /> days or more, or for ten 10 or more gays in a twelve 1 <br />
