GROUP ALS` INSURANCE <br /> 1 All regular full-time employees and all regular part-time <br /> employees employees who work twenty hours or more per <br /> week are eligible for group insurance . The Town shall pay <br /> 75 and the employee of the premiums . <br /> Any claim for payment under said policy shall not be sub- <br /> ject to the procedures set forth in the policy of insurance . <br /> Xi . LEAVES OF ABSENCE <br /> 1 Sick Leave <br /> a.- A full-time employee, after probation, shall be allowed <br /> one and one-quarter 1 1 days sick leave retroactive to <br /> the stmt of employment, for each month provided such leave <br /> is caused by sickness, injury, or exposure to con- <br /> tagious - disease and provided the employee notifies his de- <br /> partment head or Executive Secretary as soon as possible be- <br /> fore his starting time when he is out sick. Any portion o <br /> such leave not used in any year by the employee may acumu-- <br /> late on an unlimited basis . <br /> b , Regular pant-time employees shall be entitled to sick <br /> leave benefits pro-rated on the average daily rate of pay for <br /> the prior six months . <br /> C . A doctor ' s certificate at the expense of the employee may <br /> be required by the Department Head or the Personnel Board if <br /> an employee is absent from work for three consecutive <br /> days or more, or for ten 10 or more gays in a twelve 1 <br />
