years following completion of the course . Should ars employee <br /> resign within this two 2 year period, he shall repay to the <br /> Town the tuition amount and the Town shall have the right to <br /> recoup the amount from any monies owed the employee . <br /> All regular full -time and regular part-time administra- <br /> tive and clerical employees, after satisfactorily completing <br /> their probationary period, who have since July 1, 1989 <br /> completed courses in subject areas as indicated in paragraphs <br /> "C" and "E" shall be compensated upon presentation of <br /> transcript to the Personnel Board as follows ; <br /> A. Courses offered by degree-granting institutions <br /> certified by the New England Association of Colleges <br /> or secondary schools or by the Massachusetts Board <br /> of Higher Education or any Massachusetts agency e- <br /> sponsible for such certification - compensation shat <br /> be paid at the school ' s official rate, but not to <br /> exceed $ 10 . 00 per semester hour attended by employee, <br /> and such will be reimbursed within 30 days of the <br /> proper billing by employee to Personnel Board with an <br /> accompanied receipt of payment in full , issued b <br /> that school of education. For purposes of payment, <br /> the grade shall be "C" or better. <br /> P .
