Job openings will be posted on the town " s <br /> bulletin board as commonly used by other town depart- <br /> ments in the town hall and annexes for a minimum of <br /> seven 7 days before the closing date established <br /> for job applications . <br /> C * - The Board shall interview those applicants whose ap- <br /> plication form and related material indicate that <br /> they may be qualified for the position to be filled . <br /> After it has determined that one or more applIcarus <br /> re qualified, it will submit to the Selectmen all <br /> qualified applications and their recommendations to <br /> be considered for final selection. <br /> d . After final selection has been made, the Board or its <br /> designee shall notify the successful applicant in <br /> writing of his appointment and job title, salary and <br /> other conditions of employment. <br /> 3 Rates of Bay <br /> f e ti e July 1 , 1983, employees currently covered by this <br /> agreement whose positions are classified under Appendix A as <br /> amended shall be compensated in accordance with the Grace and <br /> Step Classification Plan and shall be eligible for future <br /> step advancements on July 1 of each succeeding year, except <br /> as otherwise noted in this agreement, until they reach the <br /> maximum step in their classification.
