Any portion of such leave <br /> not used in any year by the employee may accumulate on an <br /> unlimited basis . <br /> b . Regular standard part-time employees shall be entitled to <br /> sick leave benefits pro-rated on the average daily rate of <br /> pay for the prior six months . <br /> C4. Regular non-standard employees shall be allowed one week <br /> f sick leave per year at their average weekly rate of pay <br /> after having worked for a minimum of 780 hours 1 5 hours weekly ) . <br />
