Courses offered by degree-granting institutions <br /> certified by the New England Association of Colleges <br /> or secondary schools or by the Massachusetts Board <br /> of Nigher Education or any Massachusetts agency re- <br /> sponsiib a for such certification - compensation shall <br /> be paid at the school ' s official rate, but not to <br /> exceed $ 10 . 00 per semester hour attended by employee, <br /> and such will be reimbursed within 30 days of the <br /> t <br /> proper billing by employee to Personnel Board with ars <br /> accompanied receipt of payment in full, issued b <br /> that school of education.
