Should an employe <br /> resign within this two year period, the employee shall b <br /> asked to repay the tuition amount. <br /> 3 All regular full-time and regular standard part-time ad- <br /> ministrative <br /> d-mkinistr t ve and clerical employees, after satisfactorily <br /> completing their probationary period, who have since July 1, <br /> 1989 completed courses in subject areas as indicated in <br /> paragraphs "C" and "E" shall be compensated upon presentation <br /> of transcript to the Personnel Board as follows : <br /> A. Courses offered by degree-granting institutions <br /> certified by the New England Association of Colleges <br /> or secondary schools or by the Massachusetts Board <br /> of Nigher Education or any Massachusetts agency re- <br /> sponsiib a for such certification - compensation shall <br /> be paid at the school ' s official rate, but not to <br /> exceed $ 10 . 00 per semester hour attended by employee, <br /> and such will be reimbursed within 30 days of the <br /> t <br /> proper billing by employee to Personnel Board with ars <br /> accompanied receipt of payment in full, issued b <br /> that school of education. For purposes of payment, <br /> the grade shall be "C" or better. <br /> B.
