Such approved reimbursed compensation must <br /> be received in the farm of a typed request and pre- <br /> sented within 15 days of completed courses . Any in- <br /> voice submitted beyond this 15- limit will not be eli- <br /> gible <br /> li-gibla for reimbursement unless the Personnel Board <br /> finds that an extension of time meets with their <br /> privileged exception. Payment due will be forth- <br /> coming to employee within 30 days . <br /> It is recognized that this agreement may not incorporate all <br /> categories of educational opportunities . For that reason, <br /> the Personnel Board, at the written request by the em ploy ep <br /> may approve a course for benefits from this program that may <br /> not otherwise be clearly eligible . In making this decision, <br /> the, Per onn l Board shall review a course outline and take <br /> into consideration the following objectives of this program. <br />
