(Owner of Record: <br /> Michael Cusack). <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A.Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper of <br /> general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on April 20, 2018 and April 27, 2018 a copy <br /> of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A §6 and §9 the Town of Mashpee <br /> Zoning By-laws. <br /> Public Hearings were held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, May 9, 2018 at which time the following members of the Board of Appeals <br /> were present and acting throughout;Chairman,Jonathan Furbush,Vice Chairman, William <br /> Blaisdell, Board Members, Ron Bonvie, Dom DeBarros, and Scott Goldstein. <br /> Mr.Rob Sykes represented the homeowners for the minor modification to the house <br /> renovation project that was submitted a year ago with the Planning Board that subsequently <br /> was submitted to land court along with all the calculations that were required by the <br /> engineer. The engineer detected a couple things that needed to be changed on the Form A <br /> plan. This was all after the Zoning Board of Appeals plan was approved. The Form A Plan <br /> and Site Plan needed changes that had been reviewed by the Zoning Board of Appeals. <br /> Mr. Furbush read the submittal letter from. Rob Sykes into the record. It described <br /> the detailed modification to the lot area and lot coverage changes that were made to the <br /> plan. <br /> Scott Goldstein read the Inspection Department comments into the record. There <br /> were no comments from Board of Health. The project was approved by Conservation. <br /> 1 <br />
