MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> DECISION FOR A MINOR MODIFICATION TO <br /> WRITTEN FINDING(FINDING-2017-66) AND VARIANCE (V-2017-67) <br /> Michael Cusack <br /> 46 Quail Hollow Road (Map 58 Parcel 55) <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> FINDING-2018-27 <br /> There were no comments from the audience. There were no more comments from <br /> the Board. <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Board determined the Petitioner met the criteria for a <br /> Minor Modification. Upon motion duly made and seconded at the Public Hearings on <br /> Wednesday, May 9, 2018, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously to issue a <br /> Minor Modification to the applicants at 46 Quail Hollow Road with the following <br /> conditions; <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Minor <br /> Modification under Mass General Law 40A Section 6 & 9. <br /> 2. Certified Plot Plan — Cusack Residence, 46 Quail Hollow Rd, Mashpee, MA. <br /> Drawn by: Eastbound Land Surveying Inc., PO Box 442 Forestdale, MA. Signed <br /> by: Rob Sykes, PLS, dated 212118, Revision: June-6, 2017, June 8, 2017, Aug. 30, <br /> 2017, Feb. 2, 2018, Supersedes: 3127118. <br /> 3. Specific reference to the March 27, 2018 revision which clearly outlines the <br /> difference in lot coverage from 11.7%to 13.1% due to the alteration of the rear lot <br /> line by land court. <br /> 4.
