MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS DECISION FOR A MODIFICATION TO A VARIANCE Martha J. Kanter 6 Kanter Lane (Map 119 Parcel 1 B) Mashpee, MA 02649 V-2018-02 Attorney Garner said the project consists of creating a front door, a little stoop and a 4' x 10 ft. porch. The rear will be enclosed with a set of sliders and skylights. The proposed deck will wrap around the existing deck. This is a minor alteration and will provide more function for the owner. Chairman Furbush read the Conservation Comments, Inspection Department and the Board of Health comments into the record. Sharon read the abutter letters into the record. There were no more comments from the Board. In view of the foregoing, the Board determined the Petitioner met the criteria for a Modification to an existing Variance. Upon motion duly made and seconded at the Public Hearings on Wednesday, January 10, 2018, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously to issue a Variance Modification in the amount of one tenth of a foot, and under the following conditions; the applicant meets all the conditions of a Variance Modification under Mass General Law 40A Section 10.
