The rear will be enclosed with a set of sliders and skylights. The <br /> proposed deck will wrap around the existing deck. Upon motion duly made and seconded at the Public <br /> Hearings on Wednesday, January 10, 2018, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted <br /> unanimously to issue a Variance Modification in the amount of one tenth of a foot, and <br /> under the following conditions; the applicant meets all the conditions of a Variance <br /> Modification under Mass General Law 40A Section 10.
