He <br /> understood Chapter 140 monies could be used for this purpose. He <br /> was referred to Town Counsel for particulars . <br /> i <br /> NOTES: Appointments - Mrs . Janice Mills to School Committee ; Mr. <br /> Ronald P. Bevacqua as Sped is 1 Police Officer for New Seabury <br /> Cinema I and I I. <br /> Vacation approved for Lansing Pocknett for one week effective <br /> January 24, 1974; he will provide a replacement on a part-time <br /> basis. <br /> Town Counsel submitted bill for services to date in New Se bu y <br /> suit. Board was informed case has been heard; remaining to be <br /> done is presentation of written briefs , <br /> Letter will be sent to Board of Health advising of requirement <br /> to have Selectmen issue cor non victualer/restaurant licenses. <br /> Mrs . Gillis has asked for copy of gown Charter; will be <br /> advised we were incorporated by 1870 charter and now operate <br /> as dictated by Mass . General Laws. <br /> Meeting adjourned at 11 :00 p.m4. <br /> *Appointment of two members of Conservation Committee and one to <br /> Personnel hoard will be discussed at next meeting. <br />
