Dunivan. <br /> Discussion followed with regards to a high School Principal. <br /> It is essential to have a high school principal on herd to work with <br /> the selected architect during the design and construction of the high <br /> school facility indicated Dr. Delioura. <br /> The high school principal will be able to develop appropriate high school <br /> curriculum and specifications related Dr.DeMoura. Other needed services <br /> include; long and short range goals,moving students and interaction with <br /> parents and community members. <br /> To meet M shpee's current growth needs, a Business Manager is also <br /> proposed in the School Budget to aid the Superintendent with personnel, <br /> curriculum and budget preparation. It was noted that Ma hpee is the <br /> fastest growing community in New England. <br /> Combining Falmouth Tuition with School Budget: <br /> Nh-s. Dunivan recommended to combine the Falmouth tuition surplus <br /> of$200,000 into the School budget. It was noted that Falmouth tuition <br /> is approximately $4700 per pupil. <br /> It was noted that the Cape Cod Tech assessment is$9000 per pupil. <br /> ' The Falmouth tuition and School budget will be incorporated into one <br /> line item to reflect the total school expenditure. <br /> Article for Teacher's Step Increases: <br /> Negotiated increases for current staff members; excluding Unit B amount <br /> to $346,227. <br /> A Special Town I Meet g Article in the amount of$7 1,000 is proposed to <br /> fund'Teacher's Step Increases.
