Revolving Account , Early Childhood Grant: Article submitted on ATM proposing to create a revolving account for Early Childhood programs adopting the provisions of Chapter 7 1, Section 2C. Dr.DeMoura indicated that revenue collected returns to the program. The program is currently free. The Advisory Committee will determine the fee scale noted Dr. DeMoura. Early Retirement Incentive: Article-submitted on ATM proposing participation into the Teacher's Early Retirement Incentive Program.gram.
