Page 12 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> March 21 1394 <br /> Recess; :20 p.m. Meeting Resumed: 8:25 p.m. <br /> Annual 'Town Meeting warrant Review: <br /> The Board reviewed Draft 3 of the Annual Torn Meeting warrant <br /> dated March 16, 1994. <br /> Article ## : School Medical Insurance: <br /> The Board has the option to place the funds into <br /> the School Budget to fund fringe benefit costs or <br /> allow the funds to remain in the omnibus Budget. <br /> Motion Trude by Selectman Caffyn to remove <br /> Article #6 from the ATM Warrant.' Funds <br /> will be appropriated from the omnibus Budget. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Mills. VOTE: <br /> Unanimous. -0. <br /> Selectman Jacobson absent. <br /> `The Board will obtain a recommendation from the <br /> Finance Comrrdttee with reference to the lime item <br /> placement. <br /> Article#36: Harbormaster Statute: . <br /> As indicated by Torn Counsel,the article as proposed <br /> accepting the provisions of MGL Chapter 102, Section 19 <br /> is not necessary. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Costa to remove <br /> Article #36 from the ATM warrant as <br /> recommended. Motion seconded by Selectman <br /> Mills. VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Selectman Jacobson absent. ' <br /> i <br /> Article##10: Summer Personnel for Roads and Grounds -DPW: <br /> Mr. Taylor recommended to hire two part-time seasonal <br /> employee's to assist with road and ground maintenance <br /> duties for eight weeks. Total appropriation; $8,000. <br /> Selectman C ffyn recommended to consider a staggered <br /> seven week term of employment to deviate unemployment <br /> benefits, <br /> `Article placed on Hold for further review regarding <br /> unemployment benefits. <br />
