Page 1 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> March 21, 1994 <br /> Annual Town Meeting warrant Review: <br /> Article#20: waste oil Storage -DPW- $12,000: <br /> `Consensus of Board to allow article to <br /> r mam on ATM warrant to contain waste Oil. <br /> Article#27: Chapter 90 funds -1 PW: <br /> `Consensus of Board to allow article to <br /> remain on ATMWar-rant. <br /> Mr.Taylor will prepare an article <br /> for the Special Town Meeting relative <br /> to the road maintenance budget to include <br /> potential funding source. <br /> Article#11: Capital replacement Account-PinCom: <br /> Finance Committee recommendation to place <br /> funds in stabilization account to replace <br /> capital items periodically. <br /> Mr. whritenour reconvened to energize <br /> the Capital Improvement Committee to implement <br /> a five year capital improvement plan. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Costa to remove <br /> Article #11 from the ATM warrant. No <br /> second. Motion does not carry. <br /> Article remains on ATM warrant. <br /> Articles#1 - 18 Reclassifications- Personnel Board: <br /> Communication was received from the Personnel <br /> Board dated lurch 15, 1994 relative to the re- <br /> classification of positions. <br /> The Personnel Board has recommended to reclassify <br /> the position of Assistant Torn Accountant with <br /> reference to the reclassification of the Administrative <br /> Assistant to the BOS,the two Library positions and <br /> Data Collector position, the Personnel Board has <br /> recommended to table the proposed articles. <br /> Mr. Whritenour recommended to move forward with <br /> the reclassification articles as proposed. <br />
