Selectman Jacobson looks <br /> great and is looking forward to returning to the Board of Selectmen for <br /> another torn of service to 1lashpee. <br /> Street Sweeping Contract: <br /> As indicated by Mr. whritenour, the Director of Public Works has requested <br /> the Board rescind the contract for Street Sweeping with Atlantic Sweep since <br /> this f=is unable to provide more than their initial four days of service. <br /> lr.Taylor has recommended to award the contract to the second low bid <br /> firm of William O'Brien, Inc. for the sung of$476 per eight hour day. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Costa to rescind the contract for <br /> Street Sweeping with Atlantic Sweep and award the contract to <br /> the firm of 'William O'Brien, Inc, for the sura of $476 per eight <br /> hour day as recommended. Motion seconded by Selectman <br /> Caffyn. VOTE: Unanimous'. -o. Selectman Jacobson absent. <br /> JR/SR HIGH SCHOOL: <br /> Letter of Intent for Chartwell as Project Manager: <br /> Mr.whritenour recommended the Board prepare a Letter of Intent to <br /> Chartwell and Co. to provide professional services to the Town if the contract <br /> is not approved in one week. <br /> It was noted that the architectural firm of Symmes, Maini and McKee holds the <br /> current contract as approved by Town Counsel. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Costa to prepare a Fetter of Intent to <br /> Chartwell and Co, for Project Management Services a <br /> recommended. Motion seconded by Selectman Vaccaro. VOTE: <br /> Unanimous. #o. Selectman Jacobson absent. <br /> i <br />
