Selectman Jacobson absent. <br /> Execution of Intermunicipal Agreement Between 'Town and <br /> 'Vater District: <br /> The Intermunicipal Agreement for fiscal year 1995 provides the sane mutual <br /> agreement terms as last fiscal year indicated Mr. Whritenour. To comply with <br /> the tax collecting and assessing services for fiscal year 1992, the Town shall <br /> pay the Mashpee Water District by 7/1/94, the sum of$5,000 to be applied to the <br /> redaction of the$21,000 outstanding obligation due to the District from the Torn. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Costa to approve and execute the <br /> Int rmunicipa'I ' <br /> Agreement between the own of Mashpee and the <br /> Mashpee Fater District as presented. Motion seconded b <br /> Selectman Caffyn. VOTE: Unanimous. -0. <br /> Selectman Jacobson absent. <br /> Position Vacancy Requests for: <br /> Temporary Laborer (DPW) <br /> Gate Attendant (Leisure Services) <br /> Beach Superintendent (Leisure Services) <br /> Head Lifeguard (Leisure Services) <br /> Local Inspector (Building Department) <br /> Assistant Conservation Agent <br /> Floating Clerk <br /> Mr. Whritenour recommended to approve the above Seasonal Position Vacancy <br /> Requests to include any other funded seasonal position vacancy that may not <br /> be listed with the above vacancies at this time. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Costa to approve the funded Seasonal <br /> Position Vacancy Requests as recommended. Motion seconded <br /> by Selectman Caffyn. 'COTE: Unanimous. -0. <br /> Selectman Jacobson absent. <br /> `Selectman Caffyn recommended to submit the list of vacancies to the <br /> Tribal Council for review. It eras noted that Mashpee is attempting to <br /> expand the summer=C Program grant to obtain additional employee's <br /> to assist the administrative offices located in Town Hall. <br />
